Sales and Marketing Paid Intern

As the Sales and Marketing Paid Intern (part time 15-20 hours per week) with California MENTOR Family Home Agency, you’ll be one of those extraordinary people. We seek passionate sales and marketing student who can help us successfully identify families throughout California to become adult foster care providers, who we call “Mentors.” Bring your creative ideas and your passion for success; we’ll provide the industry knowledge. We’re the leader across California in matching adults with developmental disabilities with amazing families who want to make a difference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate targeted marketing social media campaigns
• Create and design new campaigns to continuously attract new Mentors; measure success of campaign effectiveness and revise/refresh to maximize our efforts
• Support local recruiters with marketing and skills to attract in their individual markets

What we require of you:

• Currently enrolled in a Sales and Marketing program at a local college/university
• Experience in social media and community outreach
• A competitive spirit, a goal-oriented nature, and an ability to inspire people
• Flexible schedule to support business need
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Must pass background investigation that includes FBI/DOJ fingerprint check
