About this job
Accountants Needed to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the accounting data and provide management with the financial information required to make informed decisions.
Must Have
- Associates Degree (Bachelors prefered)
- 3- 5 years Accounting experience
Responsibilities:
-Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements with footnotes (fluency in business English required)
-Account reconciliations and accruals for accounts
-Responsible for preparing journal entries and detailed reports
-Prepare and distribute 1099s to vendors
-Assist with various annual and year end audits
-Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements, cash flow statements
-Assist with quarterly and annual tax filings
-Deposits accounts receivables into various bank accounts.
-Interface with management in various departments, including Sales, Customer Service,Engineering, etc.
-Ability to work independently and also as a member of a team.
