The Senior Associate role is grounded in the day to day management of all integrated communications including but not limited to strategy development, video, digital development, and all cross-channel collaboration for mass communications to consumers. Within this role, the Senior Associate will lead the development of creative briefs through creative assets, participate and help drive thinking on media planning/support, and will support the overall brand communications team throughout the development of fully integrated plans.

Duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:

– Develop creative executions for mass media (TV & non-traditional radio/print, digital, etc.)
– On-going partnership with media teams on media planning/buying
– Secure legal approvals and maintain compliance records
– Monitor post-buy stewardship and optimization
– Working with Consumer Insights team research/testing
– Proactive management of vendor opportunities, compliance and regulatory requests, etc.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years marketing/brand management experience
- Experience with advertising development from strategy (brief development) through execution (TV, Radio, Print, Digital development)
- Project/time management skills, managing multiple projects at a time
- Champions the customer as the basis for decision making
- Comfortable with ambiguity and/or executing independently when necessary
- Drive to seek out unique opportunities
- Management abilities with internal/external teams
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills - ability to tell a story with implications and actionable recommendations
- Some first-hand financial services management of advertising creative, either at an agency or on a client marketing team
- Understanding of financial services industry
- Lean Six Sigma Experience always a plus
