Responsibilities include:

Fielding internal and external customer calls

Answering customer questions and solving problems

Basic computer data entry


Position Requirements:


Flexibility to work increased hours, if needed

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and windows-based applications

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience in an office setting

Experience demonstrating organization and multi-tasking skills

Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment

Ability to analyze and solve problems in stressful situations

Desire to work in a small business environment

Ability to sit for long periods at a time in a call center environment



The ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge and above average grammar. This candidate will also need to possess sound knowledge of telephone etiquette with above average verbal and communication skills. This candidate must also have the ability to manage difficult situations when dealing with a high level of personalized customer service.
