We have current openings for Dispatch Clerk/Clerical Support in the San Diego, CA area! This is an excellent temporary-to-hire opportunity!
Job Description:
- Dispatch loads for correct arrival time and locations
- Coordinate auction drivers
- Provide clerical support in an automotive-type office
- Answer telephones and route calls
- Assist customers/employees
- Data entry, order processing, and filing
- Cash handling
- Organize/file paperwork
- Process and request vehicles titles
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of previous dispatch or clerical experience required
- Excellent writing, customer service, and communication skills
- Experience working with vehicles titles
- Multi-line phone experience helpful
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Work under pressure
- Provide excellent customer service during high pressure situations
- Professional attire
- Background Check and Drug Screening required
Ideal Candidates:
- Previous dispatching/clerical experience and work well under pressure
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $12-$13/hr
Hours: 1st Shift Monday-Sunday
