Desktop Analyst \ Field Technician

Fast growing IT Consulting firm based out of Queens, NY is looking for a part time field engineer. Our main clientele is based in Manhattan and vary from Hedge Funds to Law Firms to Real Estate. We are looking for some to help us manage our clients needs by providing onsite site, remote, phone support. We require that the field tech is: Responsible, punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot on his\her own. We would like to see for the tech to be familiar with: Windows 7, 8 All Office packages STRONG, VERY STRONG Outlook skills (OST, PST, NK2, DAT etc.....as majority of our accounts use Exchange) Active Sync. Desktop Imaging Skills (you can suggest your own software you successfully use) PXE Boots Network Printers General Networking, Drive Mapping, AntiVirus, Malware Removal VoIP Basic Knowledge Apple, Android devices Quickbooks (Setup, Configuration) Remote Desktop such as Terminal Server, RDS User Profiles Windows Easy Migration Tools WIFI Router, Repeater Setup This position is on track to become a full time position.
