Responsibilities
Delivery Management – DM representatives are responsible for interfacing with internal VZB/VZT organizations and external LEC/Telco representatives for the purpose of progressing Verizon customer orders through the install process for an on-time installation/delivery. Delivery Managers are responsible for internal and external escalations and updates for assigned order workload in PC, NDMT ticketing Tool, and spreadsheets. Candidates must be organized, proactive, self-sufficient, have good verbal and written skills, and must be able to work well with others in stressful situations. Delivery Managers are the Primary point of contact for issue resolutions between Project Manager, Order Manager, Order Entry, Provisioning, ICAT, Test & Install, Lease Mgmt, CPE/CTE, RNC/ORC, and Telco organizations.
Qualifications
Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2 year’s industry specific technical experience or 5 years’ experience at a service provider level. CCNA preferred.
Knowledge in COMS, ORDERPRO, F&E, BGW, PC, VDDS, NDMT, EASR, nSAP, vFORCE, and all LEC systems
Preferred Locations: Tulsa, OK or Richardson, TX
