A full service integrated marketing firm located in Columbus, OH is seeking a long-term, part-time experienced Marketing Project Manager.  This company offers comprehensive marketing communications services to both B2B and B2C clients including:  marketing strategy, brand development, social media, corporate identify, web site design, advertising, direct mail, annual reports, sales collateral, and PR.  This is a small, quiet, very professional organization that is focused on helping their clients become market leaders in their industries.

The Project Manager will be part of an account services team providing communications and public relations services to small to mid-sized clients.  The Project Manager will collaborate with the client and internal team members to develop and manage effective marketing initiatives that supports client’s business strategies and objectives.  This person will be responsible for budget development and tracking as well project planning and execution.  In addition, this person will provide editing and some writing support for other staff members on the development of corporate brochures, advertising, and communications.  

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Create and implement marketing communication campaigns that advance business goals.
  • Assist with and direct the production of marketing communications materials and assist in message and content development for a variety of projects.
  • Manage project strategy, timetables, execution and budget for projects requiring cross-functional interface and teamwork.
  • Measure the outcomes of various projects against objectives and use the results to define and achieve future successes. 

This position requires a BS/BA degree in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields.  This person must have at least 5 years of experience in marketing communications with specific experience in managing communications projects, preferably in an agency environment, as well as proven client-facing experience.  Strong presentation, writing and project management skills.  The person must have the ability to collaborate with both internal and external team members.  

This position will be part-time approximately 20 hours per week.  They are offering a very attractive hourly rate and a flexible schedule.  This individual will be required to sign a non-compete, non-disclosure agreement prior to employment.  This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional ready for a part time career!
