Staff Management | SMX, the country's leading provider of on premise staffing and management solutions, has Immediate Opening for a long term Accounts Payable Specialist with one of our premier clients.

This job is in the automotive industry. Applicant shall have a basic understanding of accounting principles. This is a long-term, temporary, part-time position.

The Accounts Payable job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Matching verifying and coding invoices

  • Vendor Statement Reconciliations
  • Filing documentation after payment
  • Research and resolving issues
that may arise
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Save all supporting documents in our file system
  • Fulfilling other duties as assigned 


Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years accounts payable experience
 Human Resource administrative experience a BIG PLUS
  • Must have excellent communication skills

  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to define and resolve problems
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Must have great organization skills and be detail oriented with

  • An understanding of basic HR and accounting principles
  • Peach Tree accounting software A+
  • HS Equivalency
