Virginia Beach Town Center firm seeks an intelligent and self-motivated Client Service Representative for full-time work. We are a large legal firm in a great location with an excellent team in place. We are looking for the right person to join us.
The primary responsibility for this position is to maintain a professional line of communication between current and perspective Clients. Responsibilities may include:
* Client Services works directly with our Managing Partner in on-boarding perspective clients
* Client Service Specialists are responsible for all client forms of communications, as well as responding to client reports
* Transfer Desk: responsible for transferring files between Dominion and our clients, as well as all electronic placements.
* The Client Service Department schedules and attends most conference calls.
Required experience, skills, and attributes:
* Great attention to detail
* Experience in office administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Proficiency in Internet Explorer or equivalent
* Proficiency with office equipment (copier, scanner, postage machine, fax machine, telephone, calculator)
* Professional demeanor and appearance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Ability to handle multiple project deadlines
* Ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of clients and transactions
* Ability to pass a background check and credit check
* Ability to maintain regular attendance
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to handle complex requests from different clients
