CNC Service Technician

Large Farm Implement Company is needing a CNC Machinist Technician. GREAT OPPORTUNITY! PAY $35,0000 TO $60,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE This is a Direct Hire OPPORTUNITY for Manpower. We are looking for someone who can Fix CNC machines and calibrate CNC machines. The right candidate Will need to have 2 to 3 years of experience in the field."The Service Engineer is in charge of conducting hardware and software installation services on Coordinate Measuring Machines. These installations range from a mere calibration of a CMM to a complete hardware and software retrofit of a machine. This position is opened for anyone experienced in calibrating, mechanical repair, electronic repair and upgrading CMMs. An engineering degree is helpful, as is knowledge of multiple systems. * Reporting: ability to consistently report any hardware modifications/improvements. * Product Testing: test and validation of new hardware compatibility with existing products. * Calibration Report: in accordance to the different standards used in the industry, the calibration of a machine will be completed by the establishment of a certificate of calibration and a complete report of the calibration. * Documentation: development/implementation of technical brochures and user manuals for our software and hardware products. * Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. * Experience in dimensional control (metrology) and knowledge of CMMs are a plus. Must be willing to travel. FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY TESTING WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AND REFERENCES WILL BE NEEDED. MUST HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. DRUG TESTING AND BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE COMPLETED.
