This position plays a vital role in assisting Armstrong-McCall retail store customers in Anytown, USA.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Primary functions & efforts required:
- Creating our Customer Experience by providing product information, product selection assistance and memorable and personable customer service
- Making the Store Look Great by maintaining our retail store merchandising standards, stocking and facing products and processing shipments
- Protecting What’s Ours by assisting in store security, safety and the management of retail store inventory
- Strengthening the Team by providing you the tools, training and resources to be a successful retail team member
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. occasionally and have the ability to frequently bend, squat and stand for extended periods of time
- Cosmetology license preferred but not necessary
- Previous retail experience a plus
- Computer skills helpful
- Retail merchandising knowledge helpful
