Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the resident care staff
* Training associates in all aspects of resident programming
* Planning, coordinating, and facilitating programs
* Promoting volunteer program to members of the community and residents' families
* Ensuring that residents' lives are maintained by providing activities and daily care

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Two years of direct programming/activities experience in a senior living environment
* Experience with Memory Care patients highly preferred
* Valid and current driver's license with a clean driving record
* Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
