Tableau BI Developer and Data Analyst - Job ID P128493

Seeking a detail-oriented BI Developer/Data Analyst to develop BI analytics and reporting for the Finance team using Tableau. You will be working closely with a variety of business partners to develop, and implement analytical data models and dashboard reporting using Tableau to enable customers to analyze data and make business decisions. You will design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards and reporting portals with modern visualization tools.
The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a highly collaborative environment, managing multiple competing priorities and assignments. The candidate must be current on modern BI technologies and have strong project management skills.

Responsibilities
• Interact with Business users and understand and analyze their requirements.
• Develop, design and support interactive Tableau dashboards and analytics.
• Design and implement proof of concept solutions and create advanced BI visualizations.
• Keeps abreast of current trends related to BI technologies
• Drive effective teamwork, communication and collaboration to achieve results
• Develop a strong understanding of the business, strategic direction, organizational structure and overall business goals

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent with at least 6-8 years of related experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with BI dashboards and visualization tools, preferably Tableau
• Demonstrated project management skills, including ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and follow through on completion of high-profile projects
• Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
