About this job
We are looking for individuals to join our mobile pet grooming business and provide dog and cat grooming services for our customers. Candidate should love dogs/cats and people. Some prior grooming experience is preferred; we will provide all necessary training for mobile grooming.
Candidate needs to have: a great driving record, internet access, reliability, dependability, a stable job history, a desire to work hard, ability to develop relationships with clients and up-sell services, physical stamina and not mind getting dirty! Applicants should live in the North Oakland County, Michigan.
This can be a physically demanding job but very rewarding. We provide a newer mobile grooming van, all supplies, fuel, uniform shirts, all grooming equipment, and training.
We can accommodate full-time and part-time associates although days are normally 10 hour days. Weekends may be essential but overtime is not required unless desired. We have an established customer base and are looking at expanding operations.
Compensation is on commission. Additional monthly incentive compensation is available for attaining sales and re-booking goals. Compensation for full time can be $25 - $35,000 per year. There is a gradual ramp-up to this, but it can be fun and lucrative for the right individuals. For full time employees additional benefits consist of a health insurance subsidy which will be made available after 90 days along and 401K plan.
