Key responsibilities include:
* Conducts or assists with special projects as requested by the Regional Director and managers
* Manages all duties involved in the intake of all home health patients
* Sets up all patient schedules for home health patients

We seek the following principal qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* 1 year of experience in an office setting
* Proficient with computer use and software applications necessary to perform job functions
* Excellentorganizational skills
* Position will conduct scheduling for Hospice, and scheduling and medical records for Home Health
