Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for this dual-roll position in the University area! Employee's like working at this company for the fantastic employee moral, teamwork environment, and supportive management. At this position you will learn more about the building materials industry and will get a lot of one-on-one time with customers over the phone!
The right candidate will provide quality customer service and assistance to subcontractors and the sales team.
Qualifications:
-Flooring industry experience
-Strong computer skills
-Strong math skills (esp. with measurements)
-Strong communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong knowledge in the building materials industry
-Exposure to inventory and cycle counts
Starting pay rate is $12/hr with room for increase
