A successful Sales Associate (Sales Lead Generator), will exhibit exceptional time management and interpersonal skills. We are looking for Full-time and Part-time employees. Responsibilities: Demonstrate persistence and ability to overcome objections and must be skilled at reaching and speaking to all types of customers. Must be willing to work in a Self driven atmosphere. Ability to engage customers and offer our services. Keep updated on product and industry knowledge. Candidates should possess excellent listening skills and articulation. Excellent organization and time management skills are essential. Develop close working relationships with store employees and management. Team player attitude. Must be Self motivated, Energetic and outgoing Have a tenacious, can do attitude. Qualifications: Previous experience in Air Condition and Heating & Plumbing is a major plus, not required. Effective time management skills, with strong organization and prioritization abilities. Ability to work effectively in a non-structured and team-oriented environment. Outstanding written and oral communication skills – able to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment and in all mediums. An energetic, career-minded attitude with a desire to continually improve performance and take it to the next level Must be able to pass background check.
