Position Purpose 
The responsibility of this position is to serve as chief marketing officer for our Home Depot Exterior Installation Services department. The Sr. Manager of Growth Initiatives is responsible for developing meaningful and lasting business positioning for our Roofing, Siding and Windows Installation Services programs, as well as annual, quarterly and monthly marketing and lead generation plans. The position will be required to manage both strategic and tactical execution of marketing programs, and drive their integration throughout the company. The position serves as primary liaison between Installation Services, Merchandising leaders and all Marketing cross-functional departments.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Marketing Functions
•Manage the development, printing, and distribution of all sales and marketing collateral for the in-home sales team
•Partner with Home Depot Marketing and Visual Merchandising and AHS, Inc. program merchants to develop all store displays and store signage for the business
•Responsible for all internal and external communications
•Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to deliver marketing materials and sales collateral while meeting expected service levels and financial metrics
•Manage sales collateral inventory and the marketing expense budget
•Identify ways to improve internal processes in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs
•Manage the execution of all consumer promotions
•Manage the approval process for program price changes, collateral development, internal documents, and advertising

Customer Service Activities and Systems
•Develop training tools and conduct ongoing training sessions for the Home Depot Customer Care team
•Partner with Home Depot to manage the operations and the expense of the Call Center; identify ways to improve performance and reduce costs
•Work with IT and senior management to continually improve lead-capturing systems
•Manage customer-facing initiatives that drive sales and VOC
•Partner with Home Depot to continually improve AHS, Inc. presence on homedepot.com and other internet platforms

Minimum Qualifications
•Must be eighteen years of age or older
•Must pass the Drug Test
•Must pass the Background Check
•Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable

Education Required
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Physical Job Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is
frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
