Primary Responsibilities:





  • Day
    to day management  and administration of the DynaTrace monitoring
    infrastructure including service installation and upgrades, patching and on-call support
  • Working
    with Optum business units to insure that their applications are adequately
    monitored
  • Review
    customer monitoring data to help them identify potential performance
    bottlenecks or over utilized servers


Requirements



Required
Qualifications:





  • Bachelor's
    Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of equivalent experience.
  • Programming language experience (either paid
    professional, internship or coursework) in at least one of the following
    programming languages:  Java, PHP, .NET, ASP.NET, C#,  VB.NET or SQL.
  • 1+ year of professional or internship experience with computer
    system administration, either hardware or software experience; either full time
    or part time.




Preferred Qualifications:





  • Experience with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
  • Experience
    establishing and maintaining working relationships with individuals at all
    levels of the organization.
