Warehouse Worker Job Description Warehouse Associates receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. Keep records and compile stock reports. Manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other general labor. Duties may include, but are not limited to: · Float in various positions within the department, including (but not limited to) packing furniture, loading and unloading semi trailers, delivering products, etc. · Float in various positions outside of the department provided that: a) those positions are within the limits of what the employee is physically able to do, and b) the employee has the proper experience and/or training. Job Requirements · Lift up to 50 lbs regularly. · Lift over 50 lbs regularly with or without reasonable accommodation. · Push/Pull heavy products 67-100% of the workday. · Simple Grasping of tools and products 34-66% of the workday. · Firm Grasping of tools and products 67-100% of the workday. · Standing 67-100% of the workday. · Bending/Squatting 67-100% of the workday. · Reaching 67-100% of the workday. · May be required to use hand lift and/or forklift (with proper training). · Ability to multitask Ideal Warehouse Associate Candidates • Relevant experience preferred • Committed to safety at all times • Excellent attendance Pay Rate: $10.60-12.25 hour based upon experience and position Shift/Hours: 1 st and 2 nd shift; Monday – Friday with some Saturdays How To Apply Apply online at www.spartanstaffing.com and then call the branch to schedule an appointment: 812-482-6836 Email resume to: 7321-br@spartanstaffing.com Spartan is an equal opportunity employer.
