Spartan is currently hiring Warehouse Workers in the Rogers, MN area. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a great company! Warehouse Worker Job Description:

• Picking orders using a forklift/pallet jack and order screen
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Use headset to communicate
• Cross-trained to fill-in where needed
• Fast-paced environments

Warehouse Worker Job Requirements:

• High School/GED
• 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience required
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 75lbs
• Pick orders accurately and build speed once trained
• Able to work overtime when required
• Great attendance is required
• Background check and drug screening required

Ideal Warehouse Worker Candidates:

• Forklift experience preferred
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance

Pay Rate: Based on Experience
Hours: All shifts available
