Job Description • Using a written record to determine the ingredients and the amount of ingredients to be put in the mixer • Mixing necessary ingredients into a mixer at a fast pace to the specifications of the mixing record • Emptying the dough from the mixer into a bin, checking the quality and consistency of the dough and transferring the bin to a Drop Operator • Mixing and emptying bins at least 30 times a day, working at a fast paces, and repetitively lifting 50 pounds • Performing quality control: will be checking the texture and consistency • Picking and packing: collecting six cookies in each hand, eliminating broken cookies, extremely fast paced • Keeping the work area clean and create boxes for packaging Job Requirements • Employee needs to be reliable • Attention to detail required • Good hand/eye dexterity • Ability to cross-train • Good Manufacturing Practices Enforced- Nothing in mouth or pockets, no food, no gum, no jewelry, no piercings, no nail polish, no artificial nails • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, frequently overhead • Must be available for mandatory overtime daily and on Saturdays Ideal Candidates • Experience preferred • Committed to safety at all times • Excellent attendance Pay Rate: $10.00-$12.50/hour Shift/Hours: How To Apply Click the apply button below, or c all the branch to schedule an appointment: (715) 386-8290 Spartan is an equal opportunity employer.
