Financial Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

PrideStaff Financial is actively seeking the right candidate capable of analyzing the efficiency of a business from a financial and operational perspective. This candidate will demonstrate thorough analytical skills and assist in determining a clear financial projection for the company moving forward.

Summary of the Responsibilities:

• Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations of trends and/or issues
• Routine communication with supervisors relating to financial close, issues and deliverables
• Provide, through research, analysis of the periodic management reporting of financial results
• Responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for assigned functional areas
• Prepare financial reporting requirements package
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules
• Ensure procedures and controls are adhered to with periodic testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required with the ability to effectively interact and make recommendations to all levels of the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 0-2 years' experience required
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
