As a
key member of the Analyst team, you will be part of UnitedHealth Group's

you will grow and develop as you conduct and manage outcomes of various
studies. You will be challenged to analyze, review, and forecast data for

Positions in this function conduct and manage
outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting,
trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning.
They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by
developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They
also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through
research and analysis of data and business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze,
  review, forecast, and trend complex data 
• Present
  analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning 
• Support
  short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis 
• Develop
  recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and
  business process and implement when appropriate 
• Experience
  developing workflow solutions for the healthcare industry
• Experience
  with analytics
• Experience
  with Cloud-based solutions
• Generally work is self-directed and not
  prescribed
• Works
  with less structured, more complex issues
• Serves
  as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of
  Business Analyst experience
• 1+ year of
  Healthcare experience
• 3+ years of
  product development experience
• Must have
  strong technical skills, including experience with data layouts/element and
  exchanges
• Bachelor's
  degree or HS Diploma/GED plus 3+ years equivalent experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prefer
  experience with Agile methodology
• Prefer
  experience with health care risk adjustment and/or compliance
• Prefer
  experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and Commercial Exchanges
• Previous
  Project Management experience
