- Participate in the responsibility to hire, train, and supervise F&B associates.
- Establish and maintain a F&B manual which reflects service standards, food quality, portion, cost controls, while conforming to State Health Department Codes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all F&B areas, complete opening and closing checklists.
- Prepare and submit weekly employee schedules and bi-weekly payroll summaries to the GM. Adjust actual schedules to ensure efficient use of associates.
- Promote, organize, and service all F&B activities.
