    TrueBlue has an opening for a Data Analyst on the Service Program and Process Excellence team in our Corporate Home Office in Tacoma, Washington.

    This position will work in support of optimizing branch-based Interactive Voice Response (IVR) tools and other service excellence processes and performance. The individual will primarily focus on compiling and analyzing data from multiple disparate sources and developing semi-automated continuous monitoring reports that can be used to monitor effectiveness of service tools and processes across multiple brands of our business operations.

    The Data Analyst reports directly to the Director – Program & Process Excellence.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Provide Analytical Support and Data-Driven Insights to Optimize IVR systems. We are looking for someone with an affinity for data and a background in optimizing the caller experience through an interactive voice response system.
    • Establish Metrics and Provide Data Reporting: Design and develop standards to measure service excellence that provides insightful information to drive best practices across branches and service lines. Ensure that reporting is readily available and that reporting needs are met in a timely fashion.
    • Establish & Maintain Continuous Monitoring: The Data Analyst would help create, run and analyze data extracts and analysis reports and conduct follow-up research, as necessary.
    • Special Projects: Ability to perform assigned special projects with a minimum of supervision. Such projects might include coordinating with IT, other corporate groups and vendors to improve service performance.
    • Process Excellence Studies: Provide data analysis in support of regular process excellence studies.


    REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., MIS, Statistics, Finance, Economics) plus 1-3 years related data analysis experience. ACDA (ACL Certified Data Analyst) a plus.
    • Advanced skills in data analysis, including use of Excel. Database skills in Oracle and SQL environments. Use of data extraction and analysis software tools, such as ACL a plus.
    • Experience with Interactive Voice Response telephone systems
    • Experience with Big Data extraction and analysis
    • Demonstrated analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
    • Creation of new reports, and modification of existing reports
    • Ability to translate business requirements into system data queries/models and subsequent reports.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to build relationships with other key constituents at Corporate Office
