to analyze, review, and forecast data for operational and business planning. As

Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of
various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and
presenting information for operational and business planning. They support
short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing,
enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop
and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and
analysis of data and business processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex
data - Present analysis and interpretation for
operational and business review and planning - Support short and long term operational/strategic
business activities through analysis - Develop recommended business solutions through
research and analysis of data and business process and implement when
appropriate - Demonstrated process improvement, workflow,
benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required - Excellent communication, time/project
management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required - Generally work is self-directed and not
prescribed - Works with less structured, more complex issues
- Serves as a resource to others
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years Business Analyst experience
- 4+ years
hands-on experience with UNET - Previous
experience and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Previous
experience with Waste, Fraud, Abuse and Error in Claims processing - Bachelor's degree or
HS Diploma/GED plus 5+ years equivalent work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding
of Provider Flagging within the UNET system - Visio
experience - Previous
experience with the Pulse / Universe platform - Previous root
cause analysis experience
