Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Act as a consultant to both internal and external clients


• 
  
  Act as a Scrum Master as needed to support and guide Agile teams


• 
  
  Conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning


• 
  
  Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models


• 
  
  Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes


• Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations


• Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to requirements documentation


• Work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree


• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience


• Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping


• Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations


• Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to requirements documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues


• 2+ years of Agile Methodology experience


• Ability to work with Business Owners and SMEs to understand current business process and develop  


• Willing and able to travel up to 25%


• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Consulting experience


• 2+ years of healthcare experience


• 2+ years of Rally Tool experience


• 2+ years of Claims processing knowledge
