Project Coordinator/Admin
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tracks all changes and maintains edit logs.
Incorporates approved changes to the documents.
Edits and track process workflows.
Distributes and/or posts updated documents to the appropriate internal sites.
Supports team at regional level (supporting document and tracking, updates, etc.)
Responsible for calendaring and recording meeting minutes
Works with design and branding vendors when needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year experience supporting a Director level or higher.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
EXCEL · STRONG time management · Advanced MS Office skills · Adobe PDF · Strong written communication skills · Strong verbal communication skills · Coordinate across all levels of management within PFO · Respond to multiple communication streams · Liaison with external vendors to support internal initiatives
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
