Description

Medline is looking for a Recruiter to partner with Human Resources and our hiring managers at Medline's INCO (Incontinence) Manufacturing Facility located in Lithia Springs, GA. The Recruiter will be responsible for leading efforts to find the best talent to support the demands of our growing organization and reach our entry-level and experienced hiring goals. The Recruiter will be a strategic partner in the full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, recruiting and placing qualified candidates into open positions.

The INCO Facility Recruiter will:
  • Develop new recruitment strategies to hire quality candidates to meet the staffing needs of the assigned departments.
  • Build deep relationships with hiring managers.
  • Establish clear and compelling job postings to ensure Medline and INCO's employment brand is fully showcased.
  • Identify and utilize cost effective recruitment tools.
  • Evaluate recruiting strategies to ROI.
  • Provide full life cycle recruiting support in support of hiring needs.
  • Provide guidance and accountability for all hiring managers to ensure a consistent, candidate-focused process is followed.
  • Understand the balance between quality and quantity, with demonstrated success at identifying a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Make recommendations of the best qualified candidates and assist with final decision process.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Medline’s HR policies.


The ideal candidate is passionate and experienced in building a pipeline of top talent, in fostering superior candidate and hiring manager experience, and in closing top talent.
Qualification

The basic requirements of this position include the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 - 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting; HR Generalist experience a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information required.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is required
  • Superior relationship building and influencing skills are a must.
  • Strong customer and marketplace focus.
  • Negotiation, project management, and time management skills are required.
  • PHR or SPHR certification a strong plus
