Bookkeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Reputable and award-winning distributor located in Broomfield, CO. is currently seeking a Bookkeeper for their busy office.

Job Responsibilities: • Record entries into the ERP system using various sources, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the supporting data. • Investigate discrepancies on inventory receivers, packing lists and vendor invoices. • Reconcile monthly credit card statements to expense reports and post charges into the ERP system. • Analyze and report information by preparing spreadsheets and other supporting documentation. • Ability to summarize and maintain a great deal of detail transactions on a daily basis. • Maintain all pertinent electronic and paper files according to the Company’s document retention policies. • Contact vendors regarding questions on their accounts.

Skills / Qualifications: Associates degree with an emphasis in accounting a plus or equivalent bookkeeping experience , attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis in Excel), experience in ERP system (SAP Business One a plus), excellent key boarding skills, 10-key by touch and dealing with financial / numeric data. Must also be a Team Player and an attitude of "will do."
