Junior Accountant

Manpower is currently recruiting Junior Accountants in the Muncy, Pa area. Candidates for this position will have experience in purchasing, payables, inventory, product control, and the cycle count program. For these positions the Ideal candidates must work well with other employees, be a self-starter, be able to work unsupervised, multitask, meet deadlines, and have an eye for detail. Duties will include: Make sure all work orders are posted and closed out at month end. Post month end entries related to a business unit. Post adjustments to the physical inventory. Monitor the setup of items in the computer system. Maintains accounting spreadsheets for analysis Posts production for all open work orders. Closes all the manufacturing statements. Responsible for training other employees with upgrades to the computer system. Requirements: Associates Degree in Business or Accounting, and a minimum of four years office and technical experience.
