Collections Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Health Care Organization looking for a Patient Financial Representative that will work with patients to resolve account balances. Preform high volume of both inbound and outbound calls on an automated dialing system.

Pay: $14-16/hr

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to appropriately maximize the resolution of all accounts by:
- Requesting payment in full
- Arranging payment schedules
- Discovering insurance
- Requesting charity funds
- Proving clarification on all billing statements to help shorten the payment cycle

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 1 or 2 years of customer service/collections experience. (Hospital, Medical, Healthcare, etc)
- Ability to handle high call volumes (80-100 outbound/inbound calls)
- Ability to complete "soft" collections cycle
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Computer savvy ability
- Attention to detail
