PrideStaff Financial, a specialized Accounting and Financial Staffing Firm, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a local Modesto client. This is a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity. Pay is based on experience-up to $15.00/hour!

Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Description:

As the Accounts Receivable Clerk you will report to the Controller. As the Accounts Receivable Clerk you will be tasked with the following daily but not limited to:

Generating the deposits daily

Posting payments: credit cards & checks

Receive, verify, and process invoices

Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures

Collection calls

Will be backup for Accounts Payable

Miscellaneous office duties

Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Requirements:

3+ years of hands on Accounts Receivable experience

Strong 10-key and numeric data entry exceeding 12,000 kph +

Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel

Advanced knowledge of American Contracts a plus

Strong phone etiquette
