As the Vice President, Sales & Marketing Channel Optimization Consulting, you will lead the strategy and growth in order to support payers and drive their business forward. This will be done through developing marketing and sales strategies, designing plans and products and creating new distribution channels at the national account level.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue, retention and margin growth


• Direct others to resolve highly complex or unusual business problems


• Drive programs that impact markets of customers and consumers


• Work with executive management to integrate business development opportunities


• Develop business strategies that achieve overall long term vision


• Demonstrate leadership in the ability to cultivate internal and external relationships


• Ensure best practice training and development which drives required processes, knowledge and skills


• Conduct effective pipeline analysis, forecast reviews


• Conduct win-loss reviews in order to develop best practice winning strategies and tactics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree


• 10+ years of health care sales and marketing experience
