About this job
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties: cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls, cleaning glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning debris from sidewalk.
Full time swing shifts 2:30pm to 11pm in highest demand.
