Wireless Test & Certification Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is seeking a Wireless Test & Certification Engineer for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a client of ours in northeast Atlanta. This person must have a wireless RF background in design or test as well as expert knowledge and experience with RF test equipment. Firm Qualifications:

• 4 year technical degree in the area of Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of wireless RF design or test
• Proficient understanding of RF communication design and protocol/standards (i.e. 802.11a/b/g/n)
• Expert knowledge of testing with RF test equipment including, but not limited to, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.
• Basic knowledge of FCC, Industry Canada and European (CE) regulatory approval process

Flexible Qualifications

• Experience with test system automation and software
