Aerotek is now hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative for our client located in Springfield, IL.
Job Duties:
* Assisting customers in person with service disconnects and equipment swaps
* Take cash payments, although there is now a kiosk so not everyone has to pay at the counter (daily payments can total $10,000-15,000)
* No phone calls
* Resolve issues with customers who have questions
Additional Information:
This is a 3 month contract that could turn into a long-term position.
Qualifications:
Retail customer service experience is required along with someone able to deal with unhappy customers consistently.
