About this job
office is looking for a mechanical designer with 5-10 years of experience. This person will primarily support design projects in the natural gas and remediation sectors with a focus on metering, process piping and various mechanical systems.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and work effectively in team or individual settings. Excellent communication skills are required. Candidate must also have AutoCAD experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A general understanding of instrumentation and control as it relates to process design work and a working knowledge of 49 CFR Parts 192 and 193, NFPA 59A, NFPA 54, and ASME B31.3 is desired. Candidates must possess an associates degree in a related field (e.g., drafting, mechanical design).
