Primary Responsibilities:
  • Filter reports 
  • Assign tasks to clinical team members from a queue
  • Make outbound calls in order to gather member information
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • Must be able to navigate a PC environment and utilize Microsoft Office in a professional setting.
  • 1+ year of experience working within the Healthcare Industry and utilizing Medical Terminology.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a Call Center environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Healthcare Insurance.
  • Professional experience in a Clerical or Administrative support related role.
