Use your operational analytical skills to design/develop, program, maintain and publish reports. Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers. You must be self-directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience creating reports using BI tools


• Previous Healthcare insurance experience


• 2+ years intermediate Excel experience (creating reports, pivot tables, macros, formulas)


• 1+ years SQL experience


• Must have strong analytical skills


• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or a related field OR HS Diploma/GED plus 5+ years equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medicare Risk Adjustment experience preferred


• Medicare and/or Medicaid is preferred


• TABLEAU and/or Cognos preferred


• SharePoint development preferred
