About this job
Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for primarily OUTBOUND calls (approx 100 per day to start, working up to 400+). On one particular "campaign" CSR's will be assisting potential auto buyers who are applying for loans and passing on these "hot leads" to local auto dealerships. There are several "campaigns" that a CSR can support, and each has it's own script and procedures.
