Shift Leader - Full-time / Part-time

We're looking for friendly, high-energy, customer-oriented Shift Leaders for full- and part-time positions.  If you'd like to work in an environment where the standards are high, your contributions are valued and you'll have fun while getting paid for it, we want to hear from you!

As a Shift Leader, you will manage groups of Team Members, promote the Zoup! culture and prepare and serve our fresh menu items according to recipes, while creating an outstanding experience for our customers.  A key part of your job will be to consistently maintain and manage our high standards for quality, service, teamwork, food safety and cleanliness. Shift Leaders also must be:

• Excellent communicators who are positive, outgoing and eager to engage with customers
• Able to supervise Team Members and lead the Zoup! culture
• Highly aware and extremely thorough in everything you do
• Open to training and willing to follow and reinforce procedures
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of our brand and menu items
