Processes issues relating to the Target Energy Management Systems (which control items such as Lighting, Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.) Interfaces with Store Teams, HQ Teams, Building Services and Contractors. Appropriately communicate issues to partners for issue resolution.

- Monitor alarm signal traffic and dispatch service following Best Practices
- Process incoming calls providing a high level of customer service
- Perform remote technical troubleshooting of systems using a variety of tools
- Maintain established service levels for calls, alarms, emails and other tasks
