As a Stores Transportation Support Tech, you’ll take the lead as you…

• Answering phone and email contacts, providing answers and/or guidance to stores regarding transportation related questions/issues and performing store delivery scheduling modification tasks.
• Problem solve or trouble shoot issues related to specific departmental system operations, carrier or delivery performance, department processes and team efficiencies and helping to resolve opportunities as needed
• Utilizes multiple systems to assist in answering and supporting stores with transportation issues.
• Assists in continuously improving process and business practices by informing leadership of opportunities and by serving as point of contact for applicable support partners as they work to implement the improvements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated skills in customer service and the ability to effectively deal with teams, vendors and guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to use various information sources to answer questions, identify problems and appropriately resolve issues
• (Desired) B.A. or B.S. Degree/Previous contact center, general distribution and/or marketing experience
