Job Description:
The position is responsible for the implementation and creative output of the planned marketing programs for assigned markets. The Market Graphic Designer will support the overall marketing strategy for the markets. This position will contribute to the cross-market communication of market-related strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for implementation and creative output of planned marketing strategies provided by Field and Corporate Marketing and Sales Departments.
• Support communications mediums within markets to ensure all levels of the organization are aware of sales information, and market location events. Communication audience includes but not limited to field sales, sales support, and auction location leadership. Communication mediums include but not limited to Manheim.com, Main Street, and Market Community.
• Develop advertising, promotions and communications that create synergies within the market to help keep messaging consistent with defined market strategy and overall Manheim goals.
• Oversee execution of promotional activities to dealers within market and auction facilities including print, displays, and signage.
• Support development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials in collaboration with Market Marketing Manager to support sales and marketing programs.
• Responsible for coordination of all market advertising including print and location signage.
• Perform audits on signage, logos usage, etc. to ensure adherence to national brand standards for Manheim and its consignors.
• Provide support to Market Marketing Manager as requested and defined by market.
• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Arts, or Advertising preferred.
• 2 years of marketing, promotions or graphic design experience.
• Experience in the automobile industry or the auction business highly preferred.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills required.
• Effective and competent management and organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of MS Office products and layout/design software necessary.
• Good computer skills and fundamental graphic arts knowledge is essential.
• Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
• Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing work environment.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks; manual dexterity.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance, color and depth perception.

Work Environment:
Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions as well as noise, dust, and fumes.
