Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for answering telephone inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.


Experience and Skills
  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or in a related area.
  • Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the customer service field.
