Great company expanding in Northern Kentucky is seeking 5 Customer Service Representatives to support their Medical Industry clients. These call centers will take inbound calls, follow scripts to secure customer information.
These positions are Mon-Fri 8a-5pm in Covington. These pay $10/hr and are temp to hire positions.
Must be willing to follow instructions, be personable and genuine on the phone and be able to capture customer feedback by entering it into their systems.
