This position is looking for candidates who can commit February/March through October 2015.

This Job is perfect for individuals who enjoy communicating with others, have exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for adventure in Grand Teton National Park .
Responsible for providing an Experience of a Lifetime by assisting guests with room reservations, activity reservations, and offering information about Grand Teton National Park, the GTLC properties and the surrounding area. Exceeding guest expectations with a consistent, pleasant demeanor, attention to detail, and extensive phone and computer efficiency are a top priority. You must be a team player. This position typically works 40 hours per week and is open immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess the ability to present self professionally in guest interaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Proficient with computer systems, familiarity with keyboard and data entry
  • Ability to function under heavy pressure with constant phone use, to perform repetitive tasks and disperse the same information repeatedly


PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Previous reservations, sales or other customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Grand Teton National Park
